Please refer to Cloudflare&#8217;s privacy policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you subscribe to our newsletter and choose to provide your name, we collect that, too.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we collect your data?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register online or sign up to our newsletter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntarily provide your Name when signing up to our newsletter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntarily provide your email address when signing up to our newsletter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use or view our website via your browser\u2019s cookies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The webserver software we use collects the IP address you are connecting from.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We use Cloudflare. They provide us with anonymized statistics about our webpage. They may also set some cookies on your device (more on that below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cloudflare dashboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WordPress instance we&#8217;re running on our servers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How will we use your data?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect your data so that we can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inform you via e-mail when our game is nearing publication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some of the data (like IP address) is used by the software delivering the site to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even If you agreed, we would NOT share your data for commercial purposes with anybody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We of course have to comply with the local laws, so when the law enforcement requests data from us through court documents, we will hand it over. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we store your data?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We securely store your data at location in Poland (European Union). Very few people have physical access to the servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will keep your IP address for up to 90 days. Once this time period has expired, we delete your data by rotating the server logs. (log rotation happens automatically)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will keep your e-mail address (and your Name if you provided it) until the game is published, or cancelled. In either case we will delete the data from our servers as it would, by then, have served its purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Marketing&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to send you information about the Game we are developing, namely its expected publication date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that by subscribing to our mailing list, you express interest and will to receive information related to our game. This may be perceived as marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to any 3rd party. While we won&#8217;t give your data to any third party (especially for marketing purposes), you still have the right to request we don&#8217;t do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you no longer wish to be contacted by us for marketing purposes, please unsubscribe from the mailing list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are your data protection rights?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. We have no interest in putting ads on our webpage.
